Scans all .aspx and .html files under the web root and reports pages that reference the configured master pages.
Notes: detection is based on scanning file contents for MasterPageFile="..." or similar directive. If a page sets its master at runtime or uses relative path formats not matching filename, you may need to adjust the scanner.
