لقد سعدنا برغبتكم بالإنضمام إلى رحاب أساتذة جامعة القرآن
فبعد تأكيد صحة بريدكم الالكتروني نود أن نوضح أن هناك المزيد من البيانات المتعلقة بخبرتكم بتعليم القرآن والتي نرجو من طرفكم الكريم التفضل بإتمامها حتى يتسنى لنا إكمال النظر في طلبك انضمامكم.
كما نود أن نلفت انتباه الأساتذة الكرام الراغبين بالاتحاق بركب جامعة القرآن إلى النقاط التالية:

أولاً: الناحية المادية :

لا تقوم جامعة القرآن عادة بدفع رواتب للمدرسين المشاركين،
حيث يحصل المدرس على مقابل مادي من طلابه لقاء تدريسهم عبر الحلقات المأجورة. وهذا المقابل المادي يتناسب مع الوقت والجهد الذي يقضيه المدرس مع الطالب بناءً على عدد الواجبات الأسبوعية وكثافتها.
حيث يدفع الطالب للمدرس عبر جامعة القرآن والتي تقوم بدورها بإيصال المبلغ المدفوع من قبل الطالب للمدرس بعد استقطاع نسبة يتفق عليها مع المدرس بغرض التنسيق والدعم التقني وتطوير البرنامج.

يمكن للمدرس أن يكون له حلقة أو أكثر يدعو طلابه الحاليين للإنضمام إليها أو يلتحق بها طلاب من أي مكان في العالم عبر جامعة القرآن.
يمكن للمدرس أن يكون له حلقات مأجورة أو حلقات مجانية أو مزيج من النوعين.>br> تطلب جامعة القرآن من أي مدرس أن يشارك بحلقتين مجانيتين على الأقل هما حلقة تصحيح تلاوة الفاتحة (واجب واحد) ، وحلقة تحفيظ آيات مختارة من القرآن الكريم (14 واجب).
وفيما عدا هاتين الحلقتين المجانيتين فإن للمدرس الحرية في إنشاء أي عدد ونوع من الحلقات التعليمية المأجورة حسب وقته وعدد طلابه.

ثانياً: إتمام المدرس بيانات التسجيل

يشترط أولاً إتمام عملية التسجيل والمكونة من مرحلتين: الأولى يتم في نهايتها تأكيد صحة البريد الإلكتروني للأستاذ، وأنت أستاذي الكريم تستلم هذه الرسالة لأنك أتممت هذه المرحلة.
أما المرحلة الثانية فهي التالية والتي يجب فيها على المدرس إتمام بياناته الأكاديمية والتي تدل على قدرته على تدريس القرآن. وهي الغرض من هذه الرسالة حيث نطلب منك بعد قراءتك لهذه الرسالة العودة إلى التطبيق وإدخال اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وإتمام البيانات المتبقية.

ثالثاً: القبول الأولي للمدرس المتقدم لجامعة القرآن، والواجبات التجريبية

ستعرض بيانات المدرس المتقدم على لجنة قبول المدرسين، وبناءً على ذلك سيتم إبلاغك بالقبول إن شاء الله، ثم توجيه بعض الواجبات إليك وبها تسجيلات الطلاب لتصحيحها من قبلك، وسيقوم فريق الدعم بتزويدك بالإرشادات وتوجيهك وتدريبك على كيفية التصحيح.

رابعاً: القبول النهائي للمدرس المتقدم لجامعة القرآن،

بناءً على إجادة تجاوبك وتصحيحك للواجبات التجريبية، سيتم إبلاغك بالقبول إن شاء الله وإنشاء حلقة مجانية لك لتصحيح الفاتحة، ومن ثم توجيهك لكيفية إنشاء الحلقات المأجورة لتنطلق بعد ذلك للتفاعل مع طلابك.

نرجو منكم ما يلي:

التأكد من إتمام المرحلة الثانية من إدخال معلومات المدرس الأكاديمية حتى يتم التواصل معكم لإتمام مراحل القبول ومن ثم تدريبكم على استخدام التطبيق واستقبال الطلاب والواجبات وطريقة التصحيح المناسبة عزيزي المدرس المتقدم للإلتحاق بجامعة القرآن، إن مواصلتكم خطوات التسجيل بعد هذه المرحلة نعتبره إقراراً بموافقتكم على ما ورد من شروط الالتحاق المذكورة أعلاه.

Dear Teacher Applicant,

Its our pleasure to know that you are interested in joining Quran University as a potential teacher.
After validating your email, it is time to complete some additional data before we can consider your application.
In addition, we would like to assure that the following points are clear for all applicant teachers:

First Note: Financial Reward

Please note that Quran University does not normally pay salaries for teachers.

Teacher would make money if interested by having his/her students pay certain agreed upon monthly fee (such fee could vary proportional to the intensity of teacher-student interaction: the more weekly assignment, the higher the fee, if video-conferencing takes place, then the longer the virtual meeting, the higher the pay). The student would pay Teacher through Quran University, & Quran University would forward the pay to the Teacher after deducting some agreed upon percentage.

A Teacher could have one or more Halaqa (course) to which he/she could invite his/ her current students to join online via Quran University App that would organize & monitor their relationship, in addition, new students could join Teacher finding him/her through Quran University from all around the globe.

Courses (Halaqas) supported by a Teacher could either be free, paid, or a mixture of both types.

Quran University always requires every teacher to provide at least two free Halaqas by default: one free course should be directed towards correcting the recitation of al-Fatihah (which constitutes only one assignment) & to provide a second course for students to memorize selected verses of the Holy Quran (14 assignments). Beyond these two free courses, a Teacher could add any number of paid courses as he/she wish.

Second Note: Applicant Teacher should complete missing registration data

Registration courses has two stages, the first where teacher provide personal info, & verify his/her email.

In the Second stage, Teacher is required to add his/her academic data, defining his/her capability to teach Quran. So, once you read this email, please proceed to log-in using your previous Username & password & complete your profile.

Third Note: Preliminary acceptance of Applicant Teacher, & Teacher Test

If your completed profile is acceptable by Quran University recruitment committee, you will be notified that you have a preliminary acceptance, you will be receiving instructions on how to use the Quran University LMS App as Teacher, & you will be trained on how to correct student’s Asynchronous assignments in a practice environment.

Fourth Note: Final acceptance of Applicant Teacher,

If you proved efficient during the training period, & was successful in understanding the basics of correcting assignments trough Quran University App, you will be notified that you are officially accepted as a Teacher.

Automatically, your first free Fatiha recitation course would be assigned to you, that acts by itself as a reinforcer for further training that helps you master your interaction with your students through Quran University App. Then, you will be directed to create your own courses through which you can you’re your own students & teach them.

As of now, we would request you to:

Proceed to complete your teacher academic profile.

Please note that proceeding through your application from this point onwards, is considered and Acknowledgment of all of the above-mentioned points from your side.
